Automatic Garden Lights
A circuit that turns on your garden lights at night. This circuit is connected between the power source of my garden lights and the lights. When the night comes, the lights automatically turn on. In the morning, they turn off again.
The Circuit
The resistor and photoresistor make up a voltage divider that controls the transitor. When it's dark, the resistance of the photoresistor is high, so the voltage to the transistor is high too, turning it on. When the transistor is on, the lights get power and light up.
