64-bit (16 × 4) static RAM with inverted tri-state outputs: The address A0–A3 picks one of sixteen 4-bit words. With CS and WE both low, the data on D1–D4 is written; with CS low and WE high, the word is read out on O1–O4, inverted. CS high disconnects the outputs. Used for the RAM in the popular breadboard 8-bit computers.
