Schematic symbol
Programmable timer: A built-in oscillator, set with a resistor and capacitor on RTC, CTC and RS (or driven by an external clock on RS), feeds a 16-stage counter. A and B pick a division of 256, 1024, 8192 or 65536, so a slow oscillator gives delays of minutes to hours. MODE low makes the output change once and stop; MODE high makes it a continuous square wave. SEL sets whether the output starts low or high, AR low resets it at power-up, and MR high resets it. Pins 4 and 11 are not connected.
