Octal D-type flip-flop with tri-state outputs: Works like the 74HC374, but with all inputs on one side and all outputs on the other. On each rising edge of CP, Q0–Q7 copy D0–D7. OE high disconnects the outputs. Same pinout as the 74LS574.
