8-stage shift-and-store register with tri-state outputs: Each rising edge of CP shifts the bit on D into the register. While STR is high the data passes to the storage latch, and OE high turns on the parallel outputs QP0–QP7. QS1 and QS2 are serial outputs for chaining chips. Same pinout as the CD4094.
