Schematic symbol
Quad D-type latch: Four transparent latches with Q and Q̅ outputs. While an enable is high its outputs follow the D inputs, and when it goes low they hold the last value. LE12 controls latches 1 and 2, and LE34 controls latches 3 and 4. Note that VCC is pin 5 and GND is pin 12. Same pinout as the 74LS75.
