CA3140
Schematic symbol
BiMOS op-amp with MOSFET inputs, giving it an extremely high input impedance, and its inputs work all the way down to (and slightly below) the negative supply. It runs from 4–36 V single or ±2–18 V split, and shows up in timers, sample-and-hold and sensor circuits. Pins 1 and 5 null the offset; pin 8 is a strobe that can switch the output off.
