8-bit universal shift register with tri-state I/O: The mode inputs S0 and S1 choose shift right (from DS0), shift left (from DS7), parallel load from the I/O pins, or hold, on each rising edge of CP. The eight I/O pins are both the parallel inputs and the tri-state outputs, enabled when OE1 and OE2 are low. Same pinout as the 74LS299.
