Synchronous 4-bit binary counter with synchronous reset: Like the 74HC161, but MR clears the count on the next clock edge instead of right away, which makes it easy to build counters that wrap at any number. Counts 0 to 15 while CEP and CET are high. Same pinout as the 74LS163.
