Dual D-type flip-flop with set and reset: On each rising edge of CP, Q copies the D input and Q̅ is the opposite. SD low sets Q high and RD low resets it, whatever the clock does. Connect Q̅ to D to divide a frequency by two. Same pinout as the 74LS74.
