Schematic symbol
Octal transparent latch with inverted tri-state outputs: Like the 74HC573, but each output gives the inverse of its input. While LE is high, Q0–Q7 follow the inverse of D0–D7; when LE goes low they hold. OE high disconnects the outputs. Same pinout as the 74HC573.
