Dual 4-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register: On each rising edge of CP, each register shifts the bit on its D input into Q0 and moves the others one step along to Q3. MR high clears the register. Note that the Q3 outputs are on pins 10 and 2, away from the other outputs. Same pinout as the CD4015.
