Schematic symbol
14-stage binary ripple counter: Counts on each falling edge of CP and divides the clock by 2 up to 16384. Outputs Q0 and Q3–Q13 are brought out (Q1 and Q2 are not). MR high resets the count. Same pinout as the CD4020.
