Dual precision monostable (one-shot): Each half makes a pulse of length R × C, set by a capacitor between CX and RX/CX and a resistor from RX/CX to VCC; the CX pins themselves connect to GND. It triggers on a rising edge of +TR while −TR is high, or a falling edge of −TR while +TR is low, and retriggering stretches the pulse. RST low ends the pulse. Runs on 3–18 V. Same pinout as the CD4528 and CD4098.
