Dual non-retriggerable monostable multivibrator (one-shot): Each half makes one output pulse per trigger, with a length set by a capacitor between Cext and Rext/Cext and a resistor from Rext/Cext to VCC; triggering again during the pulse has no effect. It triggers on a falling edge of A while B is high, or a rising edge of B while A is low. RD low ends the pulse. Same pinout as the 74LS221.
