Octal transparent latch with tri-state outputs: Works like the 74HC373, but with all inputs on one side and all outputs on the other, which makes circuit boards easier to route. While LE is high, Q0–Q7 follow D0–D7; when LE goes low they hold. OE high disconnects the outputs. Same pinout as the 74LS573.
