CD4063
Schematic symbol
4-bit magnitude comparator that compares two 4-bit binary numbers and tells you whether A is less than, equal to, or greater than B on three separate outputs. Several chips can be chained to compare 8, 12, 16 or more bits. It is pin-compatible with the TTL 7485 and is useful for things like checking when a counter has reached a set value.
