Servo Motor (v2)

Layout symbol

Motor that turns to a set angle, usually 0–180°, controlled by pulses on its signal wire (a 1–2 ms pulse every 20 ms). It has three wires: power (usually red, typically 5 V), ground (brown or black) and signal (orange, yellow or white). Larger servos or servos under load should get their own supply rather than a microcontroller's 5V pin, with the grounds connected together.
