Schematic symbol
4-to-16 line decoder with input latch and active-low outputs: Like the 74HC4514, but the selected output S0–S15 goes low instead of high. A high on the inhibit input E sets all outputs high. Same pinout as the CD4515. The DIP version is usually the wide (0.6") 24-pin package.
