Schematic symbol
Presettable up/down 4-bit binary counter: Counts 0–15, up or down depending on the UP/DOWN pin, on each rising edge of CLK while CI is low. PRE high loads the number on P1–P4, and RST high resets it to 0. CO goes low at the end of the count, for chaining counters. The binary version of the CD4510, with the same pinout.
