BCD to 7-segment decoder/driver for common-anode displays: Turns a 4-bit BCD number on A–D into the segment pattern a–g. The outputs are open collector and active low, sinking up to 24 mA through a resistor per segment. LT lights all segments, and BI/RBO and RBI blank the display or suppress leading zeros.
