Schematic symbol
Synchronous up/down decade counter with separate clocks: A rising edge on CPU counts up and a rising edge on CPD counts down (hold the other clock high). PL low loads D0–D3, and MR high clears the count. TCU and TCD pulse low on carry and borrow, for chaining. Same pinout as the 74LS192.
