BCD to 7-segment decoder for common-cathode displays: Turns a 4-bit BCD number on A–D into the segment pattern a–g with active-high outputs that have built-in pull-up resistors. LT lights all segments, and BI/RBO and RBI blank the display or suppress leading zeros. Same pinout as the 74LS47.
