Schematic symbol
14-stage binary ripple counter with oscillator: Has a built-in oscillator you set up with a resistor and capacitor (or a crystal) on RS, RTC and CTC, then divides its frequency down. Outputs Q3–Q9 and Q11–Q13 are brought out, giving division ratios from 16 up to 16384 (there is no Q10 output). MR high resets the count. Popular for timers and clock dividers. Same pinout as the CD4060.
