Dual decade ripple counter: Each counter has a divide-by-2 stage (clock CP0, output Q0) and a divide-by-5 stage (clock CP1, outputs Q1–Q3), both counting on falling edges. Connect Q0 to CP1 to count 0–9 in BCD. MR high resets the counter. Same pinout as the 74LS390.
