Octal transparent latch with tri-state outputs: While LE is high, the outputs Q0–Q7 follow the inputs D0–D7, and when LE goes low they hold the last value. When OE is high the outputs are disconnected. Often used to latch an address from a shared bus. Same pinout as the 74LS373.
