Dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer with open-collector outputs: Like the 74LS155, the shared address inputs A and B pick one of four active-low outputs in each half, but each output can only pull low, so it needs a pull-up resistor. Half 1 is enabled by 1G low and 1C high, half 2 by 2G and 2C both low. Same pinout as the 74LS155.
