Schematic symbol
BiMOS op-amp with MOSFET inputs and a CMOS output that swings all the way to both supply rails. It runs from 5–16 V, and at low gains it needs a small compensation capacitor between pins 8 and 1. Pins 1 and 5 null the offset.
