CD4099
Schematic symbol
8-bit addressable latch that lets you set or clear any one of eight outputs individually, using a 3-bit address, a data input and a write-disable input. The other outputs keep their states, so it's handy for controlling eight separate on/off signals from just a few microcontroller pins, and it can also work as a 1-of-8 demultiplexer.
