Octal D-type flip-flop with inverted tri-state outputs: Like the 74HC574, but each output gives the inverse of its input. On each rising edge of CP, Q0–Q7 take the inverse of D0–D7. OE high disconnects the outputs. Same pinout as the 74HC574.
