Schematic symbol
Quad S̅-R̅ latch with tri-state outputs: Four set-reset latches with active-low inputs, built from NAND gates. A low on S sets Q high and a low on R resets it. The outputs are on while EN is high and disconnected while it is low. Handy for debouncing switches. Pin 2 is not connected. The NAND version of the CD4043.
