Layout symbol
Two D flip-flops with set and reset. Each one stores a bit, copying D to Q on the rising clock edge. Connecting Q̅ to D makes it toggle on every clock pulse, for example to divide a frequency by two or make a push-on/push-off button. Tie SET and RESET low if unused. Learn more about the CD4013
