BCD to 7-segment latch/decoder/driver for common-cathode displays: Turns a 4-bit BCD number on A–D into the segment pattern a–g, with outputs strong enough to drive LED segments through resistors. LE high holds the current digit, BI low blanks the display, and LT low lights every segment. Same pinout as the CD4511.
