4-bit selector that sets four outputs from two 4-bit inputs, X and Y, using two control inputs. Depending on the controls, the outputs copy X, copy Y, go all low, or show X and Y compared bit by bit (exclusive-NOR). Handy for switching between two 4-bit values or for checking whether two 4-bit values are equal.
