4-to-16 line decoder: The four address inputs A0–A3 select which one of the sixteen outputs Y0–Y15 goes low. Both enables E0 and E1 must be low, otherwise all outputs stay high. Comes in a wide (0.6") 24-pin DIP. Same pinout as the 74LS154.
